Fees prohibited.

A consumer reporting agency shall not charge a fee to a consumer for providing any service pursuant to this chapter , including but not limited to placing, removing, temporarily suspending, or reinstating a security freeze. 2008 Acts, ch 1063, §5 ; 2018 Acts, ch 1091, §4
