Time of application.

Applications for a nontestimonial identification order under this chapter may be made prior to the arrest of a suspect. The procedural provisions of this chapter shall not limit the conduct of lineups or other nontestimonial procedures after arrest. [ 81 Acts, ch 206, §3 ]
