1. The director shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and may employ qualified personnel under the provisions of chapter 8A, subchapter IV , to administer the provisions of this chapter . 2. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all boilers and unfired steam pressure vessels in this state, except as otherwise provided in this chapter .
