10-702. Contents of duplicate bonds, warrants. (a) Each duplicate bond shall correspond, in number, date, amount and coupons, if any, with the original bond and shall have endorsed on its face, and on the face of any coupon, by the officer issuing the same, the word "duplicate" and the date of its issuance. (b) Each duplicate warrant shall be reissued with a new warrant number. On the warrant register, each duplicate warrant shall make reference to the original warrant number and the date of issuance of the original warrant.
