12-2025. Video competition act; consistent with federal cable act. (a) The provisions of this act are intended to be consistent with the federal cable act, 47 U.S.C. § 521 et seq. (b) Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to prevent a competitive video service provider, a cable operator or a municipality from seeking clarification of its rights and obligations under federal law or to exercise any right or authority under federal or state law.
