12-3004. Subject and title of ordinance; amendment. No ordinance shall contain more than one subject, which shall be clearly expressed in its title; and no section or sections of an ordinance shall be amended unless the amending ordinance contains the entire section or sections as amended and the section or sections amended shall be repealed. A city ordinance prohibiting driving under influence of liquor or drugs and reckless driving deals with the subject of traffic. City of Kansas City v. Tipton, 193 Kan. 651, 652, 396 P.2d 651. 2. Applied; ordinance regulating operation of private clubs upheld. Garten Enterprises, Inc. v. City of Kansas City, 219 Kan. 620, 622, 549 P.2d 864. 3. Consolidation act (K.S.A. 12-340 et seq.) is not unconstitutional for containing more than one subject. State ex rel. Tomasic v. Unified Gov. of Wyandotte Co./Kansas City, 264 Kan. 293, 333, 955 P.2d 1136 (1998). 4. Municipal ordinance regulating exotic dancing is not unconstitutional because it contains more than one subject. DPR, Inc. v. City of Pittsburg, 24 Kan. App. 2d 703, 711, 953 P.2d 231 (1998).
