12-5007. Administration of local police and firemen's retirement system by KPERS board. The provisions of K.S.A. 12-5001 through 12-5006, and amendments thereto, shall be administered by the board of trustees of the Kansas public employees retirement system. The provisions of K.S.A. 74-49,123, and amendments thereto, shall apply to the administration of the provisions of K.S.A. 12-5001 through 12-5006, and amendments thereto.
