City land banks; definitions

12-5901. City land banks; definitions. As used in this act: (a) "City" means any city. (b) "Board" means the board of trustees of the city land bank. (c) "Bank" means the city land bank established pursuant to this act. (d) "Governing body" means the governing body of the city. (e) "Municipality" means any city, county or other political or taxing subdivision which has the power to levy special assessments. History: L. 2009, ch. 120, § 1; July 1.
