12-6a26. Community improvement district act; purposes of act. (a) The provisions of K.S.A. 12-6a26 through 12-6a36, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the community improvement district act. (b) The powers conferred by this act are for economic development purposes and any other purpose for which public money may be expended. History: L. 2009, ch. 122, § 2; July 1.
