13-1245. Same; act supplemental. The powers herein granted shall be supplemental with relation to the issuance of bonds, to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-102 and 12-673, and not a modification thereof. History: L. 1933, ch. 43, § 8 (Special Session); November 21. CASE ANNOTATIONS 1. Revenue bonds may be issued hereunder and general obligation bonds under K.S.A. 12-673 for same improvement.
