Definitions

13-13a40. Definitions. As used in this act: (a) "University" means Washburn university of Topeka; (b) "state board" means the state board of regents; and (c) "state grant" means the operating grant provided for under subsection (a) of K.S.A. 13-13a41, and amendments thereto, and if entitlement is determined, the quality performance grant provided for under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 13-13a41, and amendments thereto.
