13-460. Art museum board in cities of more than 200,000 population. Any city of the first class having a population of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) may by ordinance create and establish a board within the administrative departments of the city for the general supervision and care of a museum of art and objects of art belonging to the city or exhibited therein. The aforesaid board shall be known as "The __________ (name of the city) art museum board." History: L. 1957, ch. 131, § 1; June 29.
