Same; transfer to city and dissolution

14-1048. Same; transfer to city and dissolution. Any such cemetery association may transfer the control, management and maintenance of the cemetery and cemetery lands under its control and all of the property, assets, books and records of such association to a city and provide for the dissolution of such association in the manner provided in this act.
