16-333. Certain sales not subject to K.S.A. 16-301 through 16-309, prearranged funeral regulations. Sales of preneed cemetery merchandise contracts or preneed burial products or services subject to this act shall be exempt from the provisions of K.S.A. 16-301 through 16-309, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
