Perpetual care contracts exempt

17-1335g. Perpetual care contracts exempt. This act shall not apply to any lot or lots in any cemetery where a perpetual care contract has been entered into between such cemetery and the owner of such lot. History: L. 1953, ch. 127, § 8; June 30.
