Dissolution brought about by two-thirds vote of stockholders, effectuality considered. Kreitzer v. Cement Co., 92 Kan. 835, 840, 141 P. 1004. 2. Directors cannot terminate corporation without consent of stockholders; directors may compromise and settle lawsuit without stockholders' consent. Barton v. Oil Co., 112 Kan. 436, 448, 211 P. 608. 3.
