Continuity of proceedings

17-2239. Continuity of proceedings. All proceedings heretofore instituted by an officer or officers charged with the supervision of credit unions and pending on the effective date of this act shall be continued in the name of the administrator. History: L. 1968, ch. 160, § 25; March 26.
