Adjudication of corporation as bankrupt relieved creditors from necessity of complying with section; corporation director who qualified after debt incurred not personally liable for debt under K.S.A. 17-2806. Blair v. Mueller, 299 F.2d 385, 386, 387, 388. 2. Provisions hereof concerning recovery of judgment against a corporation, and return of an execution thereon unsatisfied prior to bringing suit against director or stockholder for any debt of such corporation, considered; held not to apply when such steps would be useless. Kilpatrick Bros., Inc. v. Poynter, 205 Kan. 787, 793, 795, 473 P.2d 33. 3. Trial court erred in dismissing action against defendants individually named; whether requirements hereof "useless" is question of fact. Meehan v.
