17-4630. Jurisdiction of the state corporation commission. Cooperatives doing business in this state pursuant to this act shall be subject to the jurisdiction and control of the corporation commission of this state as provided in those provisions of chapter 66 of Kansas Statutes Annotated applicable to electric utilities. In condemnation of rural electric property, the proper measure of damages is the cost of substitute facilities, less salvage value. Whitewater River Watershed v.
