17-7901. Citation of act; applicability. (a) This act shall be known and may be cited as the business entity standard treatment act. (b) The provisions of this act shall apply to all documents related to corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships required to be filed with the secretary of state pursuant to this act.
