19-27,151. Penalties for violations of rules and regulations for public parking lots. Any person violating any of the rules and regulations adopted under the authority of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A person convicted of such a misdemeanor shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). History: L. 1974, ch. 104, § 2; July 1.
