Notice of public hearing

19-2724. Notice of public hearing. Whenever such petition shall have been properly filed the board of county commissioners of such county shall notify each owner of land in the district to be benefited, by a notice in writing stating that such petition has been filed, and that a public hearing will be given on the same at a time and place to be fixed by the board, which shall be inserted in such notice.
