19-3516a. Refunding water district revenue bonds issued under K.S.A. 19-3516; conditions. Any water district board having issued revenue bonds under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-3516 may, from time to time, without an election, issue revenue bonds to refund any previous issue or part thereof of its outstanding revenue bonds.
