Definitions

19-4425. Definitions. As used in this act, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them herein: (a) "Agency" means a county law enforcement agency established under the provisions of this act. (b) "Department" means a county law enforcement department established under the provisions of this act. (c) "Director" means the superintendent of a county law enforcement department appointed under the provisions of this act. (d) "Law enforcement officer" or "county law enforcement officer" means a law enforcement officer who is a member of a county law enforcement department appointed under the provisions of this act.
