19-4480. Quarters and facilities for agency. The board of county commissioners of any county adopting the provisions of this act shall provide without cost to the agency such quarters and facilities as the board of county commissioners may determine after consultation with the law enforcement board. The board of county commissioners may construct or may acquire by purchase, condemnation or lease, buildings and facilities for the use of the agency and department in like manner as that provided by law for the construction or acquisition of public buildings for the use of the county.
