19-631. Bond filed by auditor, conditions; premium. Within ten (10) days after receiving a certificate of the order appointing him to the office of county auditor, it shall be the duty of such person to file with the clerk of the district court, a bond in an amount prescribed by the district court. Such bond shall be a corporate surety bond executed by a bonding company authorized to do business in the state of Kansas and conditioned that the auditor will faithfully perform the duties of his office.
