Annual permits

2-1433. Annual permits. The authority of any agency or agencies to issue, make, use or circulate any certificate or evidence of certification as defined in this act shall be indicated by a permit signed by an authorized representative of the Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science. Such permit shall be issued annually and shall become null and void at the expiration of one year after date of issue. Renewal of the permit shall be at the discretion of the Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science. History: L. 1937, ch. 3, § 5; February 19.
