Penalty

2-2305. Penalty. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). History: L. 1951, ch. 14, § 5; June 30.
