2-2439. Administration of act; rules and regulations. The secretary is hereby authorized and empowered to administer and enforce the provisions of this act. The secretary is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations designating certain pesticides as restricted use pesticides. The secretary shall have the authority, by rules and regulations, to make any additional changes in the classification of restricted use pesticides.
