2-2461. Criminal penalties; injunction. (a) Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this act or any authorized rule or regulation of the secretary shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Each separate violation shall constitute a separate offense. (b) The district courts of Kansas shall have jurisdiction to restrain violations of this act by injunction without the institution of criminal proceedings.
