20-130. Canvassers of elections; duties. The canvassers at any election held pursuant to this act shall consist of the clerk of the supreme court, the secretary of state or the secretary of state's designee and the attorney general or the attorney general's designee. The canvassers shall open and canvass the ballots and shall tabulate and sign the results as a record in the office of the clerk. History: L. 1959, ch. 158, § 12; L. 2016, ch. 93, § 6; July 1.
