20-171. Severability of the provisions of chapter 93 of the 2016 Session Laws of Kansas. If any provision of this bill or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the bill which can be given effect without the unconstitutional or invalid portion or application, and, to this end, the provisions of this bill are severable.
