20-1a20. Electronic filing and management fund; authorized uses of moneys credited to fund. There is hereby created in the state treasury the electronic filing and management fund. All expenditures from the electronic filing and management fund shall be for purposes of creating, implementing and managing an electronic filing and centralized case management system for the state court system and shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the chief justice of the supreme court or by a person designated by the chief justice.
