20-2203. Mission of the judicial council. It shall be the mission of the judicial council to study the administration of justice in Kansas and make recommendations for improvements therefor. The judicial council shall receive and consider suggestions from judges, lawyers, public officials and citizens concerning suggested improvements to the administration of justice. The judicial council may undertake studies in any area of law for the purpose of improving the administration of justice and may accept assignments from the legislature or the supreme court.
