20-2623. Applicability of federal internal revenue code and K.S.A. 74-49,123 to the system. The retirement system for judges shall be administered by the board in the manner required to satisfy the applicable qualification requirements for governmental plans as specified in the federal internal revenue code of 1954 or 1986, as amended and as appropriate for a governmental plan and as in effect on July 1, 2008.
