20-303. Seal. The secretary of state shall furnish each county organized for judicial purposes, a seal for the district court, which shall contain the words, "District court, ______ county, Kansas," inserting the name of the county —which seal shall remain in the custody of the clerk of said court, and with which he shall authenticate all process and all of his official acts.
