State, 214 Kan. 287, 520 P.2d 1325. 2. Conviction under subsection (f) upheld; prior escape requisite to commission of offense; venue lay in county of original escape. State v. Doolin, 216 Kan. 291, 532 P.2d 1080. 3. Section is not unconstitutional as denial of equal protection or due process; does not provide for cruel and unusual punishment. State v.
