Treason

21-5901. Treason. (a) Treason is intentionally levying war against the state, adhering to its enemies, or giving them aid and comfort. (b) Treason is an off-grid person felony. (c) No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the evidence of two witnesses to the overt act or confession in open court. History: L. 2010, ch. 136, § 126; July 1, 2011.
