21-5932. Defense of actions. Offers of repayment or repayment occurring after the filing of criminal charges of payments, goods, services, items, facilities or accommodations wrongfully obtained shall not constitute a defense to or ground for dismissal of criminal charges brought pursuant to K.S.A. 21-5925 through 21-5934 and K.S.A. 75-725 and 75-726, and amendments thereto.
