22-2104. Prosecutions in the name of state. All prosecutions for violations of the criminal laws of this state shall be in the name of the state of Kansas. App. 2d 182, 191, 192, 577 P.2d 803. 2. Proper for court to refer to trial as State's case and not that of complaining witness. State v. Hanks, 236 Kan. 524, 534, 694 P.2d 407 (1985). 3.
