22-3903. Proceedings in rem. The real or personal property against which the order of abatement is sought may be named as a party defendant in a proceeding under this article. In such case, summons shall be served on the owner or person in possession of such property. Any person claiming an interest in the property shall, upon application be permitted to intervene as a party defendant. History: L. 1970, ch. 129, § 22-3903; July 1.
