Statute limiting grandparent visitation to proceedings involving dissolution of a marriage violates the equal protection clause by discriminating based on a child's legitimacy; offending language stricken. Court erred by granting grandparent visitation order and rejecting mother's proposed visitation plan without finding visitation plan unreasonable. In re paternity of M.V., 56 Kan.
