23-3403. Orders; enforcement. (a) Any custody or parenting time order, or order relating to the best interests of a child, issued pursuant to the revised Kansas code for care of children or the revised Kansas juvenile justice code, shall take precedence over any order under article 32 or 33 of chapter 23 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or K.S.A. 60-1610, prior to its repeal, until jurisdiction under the revised Kansas code for care of children or the revised Kansas juvenile justice code is terminated. (b) An order granting visitation rights under article 33 of chapter 23 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, or parenting time under article 32 of chapter 23 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, may be enforced in accordance with the uniform child custody jurisdiction and enforcement act, or this article.
