Act does not repeal K

24-317. Act does not repeal K.S.A. 24-201 through 24-215. This act shall not repeal or in any way render inoperative, the whole or any part of a similar act passed by the legislature of this state, which went into effect March twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine.
