25-2410. Bribery to induce signing of nomination papers. Bribery to induce signing of nomination papers is knowingly: (a) Offering any benefit, property or thing of value to any person to induce him to sign any nomination paper; or (b) accepting any benefit, property or thing of value, as consideration for signing any nomination paper.
