27-103. Fort Hays military reservation. Laws 1876, chapter 87, § 1, included by reference. [The title of the act reads as follows: "An act to cede jurisdiction to the United States over the territory of the Fort Hays military reservation." The reservation has since been receded to the state and accepted by the state for the purpose of establishing an agricultural experiment station and a branch of the then state normal school "and a public park" by L. 1901, ch. 421.
