28-137b. Legal notices and advertisements; definitions. As used in K.S.A. 28-137b and 28-137c: (a) "Legal advertisement" means any matter required by law to be published by a political subdivision or as part of a court proceeding in this state. (b) "Political subdivision" means any county, city, township, school district, drainage district, library district, cemetery district, hospital district, community college district or municipal utility.
