3-162. Airport authority in certain cities; establishment. The governing body of any city having a population of more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) may establish, by ordinance, an airport authority. Such authority shall be a body corporate and politic, and the official name thereof shall be "The __________ (inserting the name of the city) airport authority." History: L. 1975, ch. 5, § 1; July 1.
