34-126. Policy of Kansas concerning high-quality grain. It is declared to be the policy of the state of Kansas to: (1) Promote the production of high-quality grain; (2) promote storage and handling practices which will assist in the maintenance of grain quality; and (3) promote the marketing of grain of high quality to both domestic and foreign buyers.
