34-231. Penalty for failure to obtain license; refusal to reissue revoked license, when. (a) Transaction of any public warehouse business at any public warehouse without a currently valid public warehouse license for that warehouse or without having the license displayed in the office room of the warehouse is a class C misdemeanor. (b) The secretary may refuse to renew any license or grant a new one to any person whose license has been revoked within one year from the time of the revocation.
